When can I expect my order?

We ship on a daily basis (excluding holidays) Monday - Friday (including Saturday delivery).
Your order takes one day to process.
We ship via United States Postal Service. Within United States 2-4 days. International 7-10 days. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship Monday morning. You can continue to place orders on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.

Why should I apply Motion Medica's Sage & Citrus moisturizer before my workout?

Perspiration consists mostly of salt, bacteria, oil and natural chemicals leaving the body.

The Sage extract is a natural emollient which softens the skin and protects it from drying sodium. The Lemon Peel and Grapefruit extracts work as natural astringents to kill off bacteria in sweat and prevent clogged pores from extra oil production. Watercress extract, naturally high in vitamin C, is a natural anti-bacterial property that helps fight acne and blemishes also purifies and refreshes skin.

I have large pores. Which products would make them small?

During exercise, a natural occurrence is for pores to open and expel sweat. Having large pores in general is due to genetics. There are no products that cure large pores.

Do you have samples of your Acne Solution?

Yes. A sample pack is available on the Acne Kit page.

How will I know how much my shipping costs are?

Your shipping cost is calculated and displayed before you submit payment. Shipping is done strictly by amount of weight (ounces). United States Postal Service. International has flat rate options.

Can I use the Peptide Treatment around my eye area?

Yes, however it contains Lemon Grass Oil as a natural fragrant where this may be sensitizing to the eye area.

How do I need special skin care for my active lifestyle?

Do your products contain gluten?

No. Gluten is used in the skin care industry to "hold together" the product, such as bar soaps. All of our cleansers are liquid.

Do you have samples of your products available?

Yes. Click on "Sample Pack" in the Products tab.

Do I need to log in to the website to place an order?

No. Simply click on "Add To Cart" below the product(s) and your order process will begin.

Can men use the Oxygen Revitalizing Cleanser?

Yes. The natural ingredients give the cleanser its natural 'pink' pearled color. The color can not be altered unless with artificial ingredients.

Can I e-mail my order instead of using the shopping cart?

Yes, for re-ordering only. If you use a credit card for payment method, we do not keep credit card information on file for security reasons. You must contact Sandy Alcide to request this.

Do you test your products on animals?

No. This is stated on the bottles and jars.

Do your products contain parabens?

The following products do not contain parabens:
Stellar Performance Post Workout Cleanser, Antioxidant Endorphin Rush Serum, Camphor Treatment Stick, All Cleansers Including the AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, Both Moisturizers and the Peptide Treatment.

Where can I find the Clarifying Camphor Masque and Honey Almond Scrub?

In the Products Tab click on the Acne Kit. Items are available individually.

Do your products contain mineral oil?

No.

Why should I cleanse my skin within a half hour of post workout with Motion Medica?

Perspiration contains bacteria, salt and oil that needs to be removed from skin before these elements settle into pores resulting in dullness, dryness, clogged pores and possible acne or sensitive skin. The MM cleansers are designed to cut through sweat and thoroughly cleanse the skin without stripping natural essential oils leaving skin healthy and clean. A typical cleansing product may dry the skin and is not able to deep cleanse the pores of the avid exercisers' skin which causes skin to appear dull.

I drink lots of water during my workouts but my skin still seems dehydrated and dull. What would be suggested?

The Restorative Marine Moisturizer contains Abnfeltia Concinna naturally derived from red marine algae. This key ingredient restores skin's hydration caused by water loss by 70% within four weeks.

How do I use the Eye & Throat Bio Moist?

Use on a daily basis when you would use your moisturizer.
