We only except credit cards-not debit.  Should you enter a debit card number;  the order will not process.

* Your receipt of sale is e-mailed to the e-mail address you provide in your order information.  Re-check your e-mail address if you have not received a copy of your order confirmation within fifteen minutes of placing your order. If there is a typo in your e-mail address you will not receive a copy of your receipt.

* Please make sure all information on order form is accurate. Misspelling/typos of shipping information will delay the delivery of your order.

* Important notice to America On Line (AOL) Users: AOL is doing a great job of fitering spam to prevent unwanted e-mail. Unfortunately, this can also lead to not receiving important e-mails about your orders and product specials. Please contact AOL to make changes to your Mail and Spam Controls. • Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you submit payment. Shipping is done strictly by weight (ounces) and delivered by the United States Postal Service. International shipments have flat rates available.

We appreciate and value your personal privacy.  All information submitted is kept confident and is never sold to other companies. We will only contact you if we have a question about your order or product information.

• For security reasons we do not store credit card numbers.  Should you wish to e-mail your order instead of using the shopping cart you must contact Customer Service to request your card number be kept on file for re-ordering. Your first order must be submitted via the shopping cart.

*We take credit card fraud seriously. Your IP address has been logged and will be used to trace you in the event of a fraudulent transaction.
