This is my skin care regimen with Motion Medica:

AM & Pre-Workout

I cleanse with the Unwavering Determination Daily Cleanser (rinse).
Next, I apply a small amount (about a nickel size) of the Unwavering Determination Daily Cleanser all over my face and let dry. I do not rinse this off.
Next, I apply the Antioxidant Endorphin Rush Serum all over my face and on top of the cleanser.

PM & Post Workout

Cleanse with the Stellar Performance Post Workout Cleanser and/or the Tenacious Champion AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser.
If it's a day I wore make-up-I use both cleansers.
Next, apply Antioxidant Endorphin Rush Serum. If it's post workout, I'll apply the new Tough Competition Daily Moisturizer.
In the winter at night, I use a little of the Restorative Marine Moisturizer.
Always Advanced Protection SPF Sunscreen when heading outdoors.

I have had severe acne my whole adult life and I have used so many products that didn't work, I just felt like giving up. I was even on the acne medication Accutane twice. By chance I was persuing the Internet and came across Motion Medica. It peaked my curiosity because it was designed for fitness enthusiasts like myself.

I love the Antioxidant Endorphin Rush Serum, it's nice and light and does not clog my pores or make my skin feel greasy. When my skin tends to get dry my staple moisturizer is the Restorative Marine Moisturizer. My favorite cleanser is the Stellar Performance Post Workout Cleanser.

I'm also loving  my Unwavering Performance Daily Cleanser for my facial wash when skin tends to feel dry from a lot of swimming. Thank you!
