Our instructors are trained to help you maximize meeting your goals. We start as young as three years old, and book one hour, 45 minute, and 30 minute sessions. All instructors are certified personal trainers as well, and they are always available for sessions at FBS Combat Club or Frankie's Body Shop. Whether you're looking for something new for your child, wanting someone to refine your athlete, or you're looking to meet your cage fighting or weight loss goals...we've got someone for you!
